Three ways to feed your crowd

Whether you want to pick it up, have it delivered, or let us run the whole show — we’ll make it easy.

Carry-Out

Pick up your order hot or cold from our store with reheating instructions. Perfect when you want Eickman's flavor on your own schedule. Give us at least 4 days notice.

Delivery

We deliver your food hot in aluminum pans, ready to serve. You handle the setup — we handle the cooking.

Full Catering

We set up the buffet line, keep the chafing dishes full, and make sure every plate is hot. Indoor, outdoor, or on-site grilling — we've got it covered.

What We Bring

Everything but the fine china

We’re not the crystal and tablecloth type. We’re the “everyone’s going back for seconds” type.

Buffet Setup

Full serving line with chafing dishes to keep everything hot. We keep pans full so nobody hits the back of the line empty-handed.

Table Service

Three-compartment plates, napkins, and heavy-duty utensils provided. Everything your guests need — nothing they don't.

Indoor & Outdoor

Barn wedding? Park pavilion? Your own backyard? We'll bring the setup wherever you need it and adapt to the space.

On-Site Grilling

Nothing beats the smell of fresh-grilled meat. We can fire up the grill right at your event for that live-cooking experience.

Our Signature

The Whole Roast Pig

This is what we’re known for. Our whole pigs are stuffed with a homemade bread dressing and slow-roasted in the smokehouse in a heavy-duty steel pan until the meat is fall-apart tender.
It’s a showstopper — and it tastes as incredible as it looks.

Before you book

Carry-Out Orders
Please give us at least 4 days notice for carry-out orders so we can prepare everything fresh.
Roast Pig Orders
Our whole roast pigs need at least 2 weeks advance notice. These take time to source and slow-roast properly.
Full Catering
Book as early as possible. Our catering calendar fills up fast, especially during graduation and wedding season.
